This will help you decrease your logistics by front-loading the event with all the important information you need.

How much?
Complete event setup normally takes 3-4 hours @ $25/hr for a total cost of $75-$100 depending on the number of documents, sponsors, pictures, etc. you want posted.

What about next year?
If this is an annual event, you will be able to reuse this for next year by swapping out your PDF documents and a little content.

Plan B: D.I.Y.
However, if this is a bit more then you want to spend, you can always do the basics of posting PDF documents yourself by following the instructions found in the help links below.

  2. Upload and embed all PDF forms and documents into your website.
