    Please include the text you would like on your website header such as, "Newport Knights Football".
  3. Collect as much of the following information as possible so we can help you get it entered into your site.
    1. A team picture of your varsity, jv, soph, and frosh squads.
    2. The schedules for your upcoming season for each level.
    3. A list of your booster club board members.
    4. The name, position, head shots an bios of all coaches
    5. Name and college for any former players (alumni)
    6. Active sponsors with links to their websites and their logos if available.
    7. Calendar of upcoming events.

Site Setup Process

1 Sign-up
Complete this form with as much detail as possible.
2 Prepare Content
Collect content like rosters, schedules, team information, links to existing sites with info, links to press coverage, coach bios, photos, videos, etc. and send to your Civic.
3 Site Setup
Your Civic Sports website coach will set up your site for you and work with you to import, upload and enter your data and media files.
4 GO LIVE!
We you and your site coach feel like your site is ready to go, we'll point your domain name to the site so you can GO LIVE!
5 Ongoing Support
Your Civic Sports website coaches are committed to helping you achieve your goals. When you have questions, you can send an email, sumbit a support ticket or call them on the phone. Our Civic Sports Team is committed to helping your team.
